Description
Our best and juicy Merlot grapes are harvested and selected by hand. Two-week skin contacts with soft extraction.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in inox tanks and is followed by aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.
After bottling wine continues ageing in bottles in 9 months before selling.
