Description
Our Syrah grapes love our sunny and dry climate reaching a perfect aromatic and phenolic ripeness. We harvest and select by hand. We make 20 days of skin contact with soft extraction.
After malolactic fermentation wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels.
After bottling wine continues ageing in bottles in 9 months before selling.
Unfiltered. Possible occurrence of natural sediment.
