Description
Our Cabernet Franc grapes enjoy our sunny and dry September with its crisp nights, reaching a fantastic phenolic and aromatic ripeness.
Harvested and selected by hand, followed by 3 weeks of skin contact with soft extraction. Malolactic fermentation occurs during the last week of skin contact.
A period of 12 months aging in French barrels to reach harmonization of its tannins.
Unfiltered. Possible occurrence of natural sediment.
