Description
A balanced blend of Syrah and Sangiovese (50/50) grapes harvested at the perfect maturity either phenolic and polysaccharide for taking the roundness of tannins and the power of the fruitiness. Cold maceration before fermentation for 7 days. Maceration for 2 weeks, malolactic in inox.
SANSI is 100% oak free to protect the natural fruitiness of the berries. A welcome wine that offer you a floreal and fruity intense bouquet. A medium bodied young red wine with purple colour with smooth and round tannins. A pleasure of drinking to share with the ones you love.
