Description
Our best grapes of Melnik 55, little bit overripe, and our perfectly ripe Rubin are hand harvested together in our Kapatovo rocky soil vineyards.
Fermented together as a classic cepage. 3 Weeks of skin contact. Malolactic under the marks. Aged 6 months in french oak barrel of two years. A perfect cepage for creating our full body deep ruby colored wine. A strong bouquet of red berries, spicy and coffea and chocolate hint. powerfull round tannins, with a strong taste and a very long aftertaste. A super native grapes expressing the power of Struma valley left bank terroir. Perfect pair with meet and cheese.
